Route 202

Route 202 is a portion of the 1781 route George Washington, Comte de Rochambeau and the Continental and French armies took on their march to Yorktown, Virginia from Massachusetts.  Both armies marched through what is now Mahwah and Oakland.  The W3R-NJ Association is a non-profit corporation that was formed to commemorate the march and to support the activities of local historical organizations.
