Description: Through ballads, broadsides, marches and dance tunes, balladeer Linda Russell brings the Revolution to life. She sings songs of soldiers and spies, of love and loss, of the tragedies and the triumphs of the American Revolution.
She served for many years as a balladeer for the National Park Service and now takes her music to historic sites, schools and festivals. New York appearances have included Lincoln Center and the Carnegie Hall Folk Festival
